Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist employees in accessing federal programs, including INFONAVIT (housing programs) and IMSS (healthcare and social security).
Provide consultation on supplemental insurance, disability coverage, and investment plans in Mexico.
Manage payroll setup for dual citizenship employees in partnership with Gusto and Remote.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with U.S.based counterparts to ensure seamless integration of cross-border benefits.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Mexican federal programs (IMSS, INFONAVIT).
Experience in payroll systems and benefits management.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Understanding of dual citizenship processes in Mexico.
