We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Document Collector** to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate collection, verification, and management of client documentation. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Make calls to clients to request the required documentation for their cases.
- Research the most updated information on government policies.
- Verify and corroborate client information in the systems.
- Process payments to the appropriate agencies as needed.
- Coordinate scheduled calls with clients to prepare them for upcoming consultations.
- Keep the CRM system updated.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Manage team spreadsheets.




- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or related role is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
- Ability to research and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
