**This position reports to**:
Service Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: -Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations -Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements.



-Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. -Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electro-mechanical or similar preferred)
- 8+ Years experience in Project Management working in electrical Projects and Project Budget and Invoicing Management
- Experience working in Oil & Gas, Utility Projects or Industrial
- Leadership 3 years experience
- Advanced English
- PMI Certified (Desirable)
- Ability to travel 30%
