**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content and fostering online communities.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, market research, and campaign optimization.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to showcase marketing plans, campaign results, and other relevant information.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing purposes.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating and delivering presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
