**Job Summary**:
Responsible for leading and management of the new product introduction activity at the plant, making the business profitable and meeting commitment dates in a timely manner (pilots, reports, quotes, special projects, etc.). Leading the activities and resources of each Focus Factory, as well as interact with other areas ( R&D;, EHS, Planning, HR and external).
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
Implementation the Q-Gate Process, avoiding manufacturing risks
Ensure process documentation for production compliance ( Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, WI, Visual Aid )




Maintain effective communication with colleagues on the plant floor and in other divisions
Ensure rates and yield
Provides feedback to the DFMEA process with the design area.
Ensure tooling for the manufacturing process
Lead the activities of all departments inside and outside the plant
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing and Process (SMT-Back End ad Test), Project Management, Wave solder and PVA process, Asset Management
