**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including floor care and carpet cleaning.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in cooking or preparing meals as needed in certain settings.
- Provide custodial services that include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms.
- Ensure that all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
