Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects. This is a strategic leadership role within a dynamic and innovation-driven organization.
**What You’ll Do**:
Lead the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring technical and financial performance.
Involvement in EPC or large-scale industrial projects
Oversee all technical deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as the main contact for clients and internal sales teams, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
Contribute to business development, including technical positioning and tender reviews




Manage and grow a team of Project Managers and Project Directors
Define departmental structure to align with strategic business goals
Monitor and report financial and technical KPIs to upper management
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
Engineering degree or technical Master’s degree
15+ years of experience in complex project management
Fluent in English
Experience in the service industry working with the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills
