**Job Title**:Night Driving Operative (Night Scout)
**Base Location**: Leeds
**Salary**:£29,252
**Working Pattern**: Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 9pm - 7am.
Enerveo have an extensive street lighting business that manages over 1 million street lights across the UK and Ireland and through design, project management, consultancy, installation, and maintenance we play a major role in reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints helping towns and cities become smarter, greener and more efficient which benefits us all.
Could you be our next**Night Scout** to join the team and drive this success forwards?
**What will I be doing in this role?**
As a Night Scout, you'll play a key role in keeping the local community safe. You will be driving a designated route in Leeds, looking for faulty or damaged street furniture as in street lights, signs and bollards, and if any defects are found,



you will report the issue to the repairs team via a handheld tablet to make sure that faults are repaired quickly.
**What do I need to be successful in the role?**
- A full UK driving licence
- Confidence using a tablet to report faults.
- The ability to work on your own with mínimal supervision
- Comfort and focus while driving through the night
- Able to work to deadlines, whilst never compromising on safety
- Good time management and route planning
- A self-motivated approach
**Some of our 'nice to haves' are;**
- Experience in a similar driving or field-based role
- Knowledge or experience of the street lighting industry
