- Experience with Quick Service Restaurant / Retail industries.
- Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders & the development team.
- Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to gather their needs, document them, and prioritize what’s most important while ensuring the tech solutions align with business goals.
- Break down requirements into user stories and create organized backlogs.
- Collaboration with cross functional teams to implement solutions.
- Team up QA teams to validate acceptance criteria, assist in UAT testing,
and verify that business requirements are fully met before product releases.
