Are you a seasoned DevOps professional with a passion for scripting and development? Capgemini is looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to deliver microservices images, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
**YOUR ROLE**:
- Develop and maintain effective CI/CD pipelines for microservices delivery.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with Software Architects, Engineering Leads, and DevSecOps Engineers to adhere to company guidelines and best practices.
- Provide detailed reports from unit and automated test executions.
- Create and maintain Terraform Modules for Kubernetes environments.
- Support architectural design decisions alongside a highly skilled development team.
- Operate in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment.
- Design and maintain Helm charts.
- Mentor Junior Engineers to foster best practices in software development.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering or related.
- University degree in Computer Related Sciences or a similar field.
- Over 5 years of commercial experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with Continuous Testing Environments (unit tests, automated tests).




- Extensive background in software development.
- Experience with Agile frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams and time zones, and with Senior Technical Leaders.
- Proficiency with GIT, Jira, GitLab, and code review tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong command of English (oral and written).
