**Quality Manager**

**Key Purpose of the Role**
The Quality Manager will be the fundamental pillar for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our **Integrated Management System (IMS)**. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with international standards such as **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, and AEO certification**, guaranteeing operational excellence, environmental sustainability, supply chain security, and the health and safety of our employees. This role is crucial for continuous improvement and positioning our organization as a leader in the sector.
We are looking for a professional with the following characteristics:
- **Experience**: Minimum of **5 years** in quality management roles, preferably in international logistics companies. Essential experience in the implementation and management of the aforementioned ISO standards and in obtaining/maintaining AEO/OEA certifications. Demonstrable experience in integrating various management systems and promoting a culture of continuous improvement is highly valued. Solid knowledge of international transport processes and logistics services (warehousing, customs).
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Ability to interpret international legal and regulatory requirements.




- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, transport, customs).
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in internal and external audits; Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in quality indicators (**KPIs, MIS**) and quality management systems (**ERP or similar**), including implementation from scratch.
- Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and patrimonial security systems.
- **Languages**:
- **English**: Conversational level essential.
- **Chinese**: Required.

**What We Offer**
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional availability on Saturdays.
