**Requirements**:
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain custom workflows and automations in n8n
- Integrate various tools and APIs (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Google Sheets, Webhooks, CRMs, etc.)
- Create internal systems that power client onboarding, marketing automation, reporting, and more
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with team members to map out automation opportunities




- Document workflows and provide basic training or handoffs when needed
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has proven experience using n8n in a production or agency setting
- Understands APIs, JSON, and webhooks like the back of their hand
- Can think in systems — spotting inefficiencies and automating for scale
- Is comfortable building both simple and complex multi-step automations
- Can work autonomously, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
- Bonus: Familiar with tools we use like Airtable, Zapier, Make, ClickUp, or Retool
