As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, your main mission will be to **supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our warehouse**, ensuring the correct reception, storage, and distribution of goods. Your work will be crucial to guarantee a safe and efficient work environment, always meeting deadlines and the highest quality standards. You will be the cornerstone for maintaining the fluidity of our supply chain and our customer satisfaction.
**What Are We Looking For in You?**
We are looking for a professional with the following profile:
**Essential Experience and Technical Knowledge**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in warehouse or logistics management, in leadership positions.
- Proficiency in **inventory control, picking, and packing**.
- Expert handling of **warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)**.
- Proven track record in **managing and supervising work teams**.
- Outstanding experience in **e-commerce logistics, Amazon, or international logistics**, as well as managing warehouse operations for e-commerce businesses.
- Deep knowledge in **inventory planning, management, and control**.




- Familiarity with **industrial safety and hygiene regulations in warehouses**.
- Skill in handling equipment such as **PDAs, handhelds, and forklifts**.
- Basic knowledge of **preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment**.
- Experience in **international logistics and reverse logistics**.
- Mastery of **receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching** processes.
- Understanding of **warehouse quality control processes**.
- Demonstrated ability in **efficient supervision and management of work teams**.
**Language Skills**:
- **English: Conversational** (essential).
- **Mandarin Chinese**: (required).
