Job Summary
**Job Description**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Program administrator _located_in _Guadalajara North Campus.
- Reporting to the _Program Manager this role will be responsible Assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship._
- What a typical day looks like:
- _ Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._
- _ Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems._




- _ Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships._
- _ Review’s status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required._
- _ Prepares program reports for management, client, or others._
- _ May assist in metric development and tracking._
- _ Occasional travel to customer locations._
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Previous experience as a program manager_
- _ Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s_
