We ensure that all staff provided have been fully vetted and are compliant with our internal compliance procedures as well as completing any further checks that may be necessary for specific providers.



It is a Colmore Guarantee that all staff have previous experience working in these settings and have the necessary qualifications and training to provide outstanding care to the young people they are working with.
To be successful for this role, you must have at least 6 months experience, be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude. You must also hold the relevant recognised qualifications.
