**What you'll do**:
- Support pupils with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Use communication tools such as Makaton and PECS to aid learning and interaction
- Work closely with teachers and speech therapists to implement tailored support plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
**What we're looking for**:
- Experience or interest in supporting children with communication needs




- Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a full-time, permanent role starting in September
