**Join our expanding Sustainable Building Services Faculty**:
Our faculty is at the forefront of construction education especially in Building Services.
We provide a diverse range of further education courses and apprenticeships. These
include Entry Level Qualifications, Diplomas, Apprenticeship Standards, and Adult
Courses. We re seeking a passionate and innovative leader to help drive our continued
growth and success.
**Your Role: Make a Difference**:
As Curriculum Manager, you ll work closely with the Head of Sustainable Building
Services to:
- **Drive effective curriculum management** and achieve high standards in
student learning and outcomes.
- **Manage specific curriculum areas**, student groups, and staff, ensuring
excellence in education delivery.
- **Take an active role** in innovation, introducing and leading new developments
to advance our curriculum and teaching practices.
**About this Role**:




While Curriculum Managers may be required to oversee various curriculum areas as
needs evolve, this role currently focuses on managing the faculty s apprenticeship
provision and the faculty s Apprenticeship Assessor Compliance Coaches (AACC).
Key responsibilities include onsite assessments, apprentice reviews, supporting the
onboarding process, and ensuring EPA gateway readiness. The role also includes
involvement with our 19+ learner cohort.
**What We re Looking For**:
We re seeking someone with:
- A **proven track record** of good/outstanding teaching, assessing or training in
construction and the built environment. A **full teaching qualification** (minimum Level 4)
- A qualification at **Level 3 or higher**:
- Strong communication skills to inspire and support **both adults and young**
**people** in achieving their learning and career goals.
- Experience in **managing staff and curriculum** is desirable but not essential.
