**Construction Tutor Intro to Construction**
**£35,000 Full-Time Monday to Friday Sheffield or UK-Wide**
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established Independent Training Provider (ITP) that s looking for a Construction Tutor to deliver engaging _Introduction to Construction_ and _Health & Safety Awareness_ courses.
You do **not** need to be a qualified teacher we re looking for someone with a solid background in construction, great communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners starting out in the industry.
**Key Details**:
- **Salary**: £35,000 per year
- **Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Delivering short courses on construction basics and health & safety to learners entering the sector
- Creating an engaging,



supportive learning environment
- Drawing on your own experience in construction to bring sessions to life
- Supporting learners to build confidence and understanding of the industry
**What We re Looking For**:
- Hands-on experience in construction (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrical, mechanical, brickwork, roofer, fencer etc)
- Confident communicator and natural people person
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Experience in a training or mentoring capacity is a bonus, but not essential
