**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leasing Oversight & Market Strategy**
- Accountable for renting out all residential, commercial, and parking units at or above market rates with mínimal downtime.
- Lead and coordinate all marketing initiatives to reduce vacancies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to compare rental rates and identify competitive opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of Ontario’s residential and commercial leasing laws and ensure all leasing activities are compliant.
**Advertising & Market Analysis**
- Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure 'For Rent' signage is properly displayed.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings through online research and phone inquiries.
- Prepare and present rental comparison reports to management.
**Availability & Lease Management**
- Maintain and update availability lists for residential, commercial, and parking units.
- Track notices to vacate and coordinate with site staff for move-in/move-out inspections.
- Proactively contact commercial tenants ahead of lease expirations to initiate renewals.
- Ensure parking plans are current and all spaces are actively marketed and filled.
**Tenant Communication & Application Processing**
- Pre-qualify prospective tenants based on company guidelines.
- Schedule and coordinate showings with on-site managers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a detailed visitor and commercial client log.
- Prepare lease agreements for management approval and ensure all documentation is complete.
**Reporting & Administrative Support**
- Submit weekly rental activity reports, including traffic logs, move-ins, and lease renewals.
- Provide monthly and quarterly leasing performance summaries to the Property Manager and CEO.
- Draft and manage leasing-related correspondence, including letters, memos, and notices.
- Support the property management team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or administrative support (remote experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act and commercial leasing practices is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with Canadian-based teams.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift would be based on Ontario, Canada working hours from 9am to 5pm. There is some flexibility in start and finish time
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
