**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing customer communications and guiding any issues through to resolution.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Generate reports and provide updates.
Support Project Managers with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Experience in data entry, project coordination, and customer relations, or similar roles Required. Solar experience is a plus!
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and project management tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Friendly and supportive
