in this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers , managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.
support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations ~ experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments ~ fluent communication skills in spanish and english ~ experience with erp systems (sap preferred), crm tools, and microsoft office ~ a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills work with general customers in a dynamic aftermarket and industrial environment customer service lead / supervisor roles
