**The Role**
As a **Compliance Property Manager**, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to tax credit / LIHTC compliance.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Screening**: Verify income, assets, and other eligibility criteria for applicants. Partner with our compliance vendor to keep the process seamless and accurate.
- **Compliance**: annual recertifications and other paperwork for existing tenants to satisfy tax credit property requirements
- **Stay organized**: Keep systems (Appfolio, Talkroute, Slack) updated so the whole team stays in sync.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer-facing experience.
- LIHTC/tax credit experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Empathetic, people-first mindset—able to balance professionalism with authenticity.
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid setup.

Pay: $150.00 - $225.00 per hour
