**Summary**:
Serves as the main customer contact for managing programs to meet revenue, profit, and satisfaction goals for smaller accounts (under $50MM). Applies expertise in multiple areas, working within established standards and objectives. Analyzes data to solve diverse problems and ensures quality from external suppliers. Influences others to meet goals and resolve conflicts. Errors could negatively impact operations and performance. Receives guidance on complex issues and may lead a work group with some supervision, or provide specialized advice. Builds and maintains internal and external relationships.
**Detailed Description**:
- Works with the site team in Monterrey MX. (CMX) responsible for day-to-day activities of a customer account to ensure that product deliveries are on time and that projects/programs are on schedule/develop action plans to correct out of plan conditions.
- Co-ordinates and hosts regular/as needed program tracking meetings with the site team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs.
- Co-ordinates and Host weekly KPI’s metrics review with the site team leaders (build plan, shipping plan, revenue, RMA’s, scrap, failures, NCM, OTD (on time delivery), inventory, AR and works with the site team to develop action plans as needed.
- Participates in the SCM internal meetings (purchasing, planning), makes sure an action tracker is developed for the purpose of the meetings. (MRP, PO’s releasement to vendors, vendor’s commits)
- Participates and generate with the team continuous improvement initiatives
- Participates in SCM CTB meetings with the customer.
- Strong participation on Engineering meetings with the site and with the customer (Engineering changes implementation, NPI, POC, PVT)
- Participates in Test Development meetings with the customer and CLS Global teams (CNO, HPS)
- Makes sure issues reported by the customer are addressed in a timely manner by the site
- Participates in Quint quotations generation.Participates in SIOP monthly process
- Participates in monthly and quarterly revenue flash process
- Participates in communication with Kilim site (CMY2) for L6 purposes, JBOD Build and shipping plan to ensure alignment with L11 Build plan.

**Essential Skills**:
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Good presentation, database management and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees without direct reporting to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
- Proficiency in English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, capacity to multitask, and objective-oriented approach.
**Experience**:
- 5 years relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
**Knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and SCM.
- In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs.
- In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts and contract negotiations.
- Thorough understanding of business risks and price make up (Value add and Materials)
**Physical Demands**:
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.- Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines
**Typical Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
