Job Summary
What a typical day looks like:
- Design and implement a tiered AI education framework with progressive learning paths for different roles and proficiency levels- Develop engaging learning content on AI fundamentals, use cases, capabilities, and responsible AI principles- Partner with business units to customize learning curricula for specific domains (manufacturing, supply chain,



etc.)- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to track improvement in organizational AI literacy- Create certification programs to recognize and validate AI skills development- Coordinate with external training providers and academic partners for specialized AI education- Collaborate with the AI Champions program to support their development and effectiveness- Stay current on AI trends, capabilities, and educational approaches to continuously refresh learning material
