Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across job boards and platforms
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen calls when needed
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and consultants on client projects
- Research market trends and support reporting on recruitment metrics
**Qualifications**:
- Studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and Spanish**:
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multicultural consulting environment
