**Responsibilities**
- Excellent in agile skills Should be able to have Project Management skills Data driven decision DevOps Problem Solving prioritizing Agile Tool - Jira Mural board PowerBI
- Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Implement AWS DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
- Monitor and track project progress ensuring alignment with agile principles and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in adopting agile methodologies.
- Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder project progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.




- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
- Utilize CX-Scrum Master skills to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including user stories and sprint backlogs.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Support the team in achieving project goals and objectives through effective leadership and mentorship.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in AWS DevOps and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrate experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in facilitating agile ceremonies and practices.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Hold a certification in AWS DevOps or Scrum Master.
