**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a Mid Integrated Designer to work within a new team, to design and deliver a mix of digital and print assets for a variety of general brands.
A job well done is an unbreakable & unified design language, a system easily replicated across multi-channelled media categories from digital, social and branding, key visuals, layouts and so much more. Strong mixed media design thinking coupled with some wicked right-brain domination tactics, the occasional task to adapt existing assets across video, digital and print advertising will without a doubt, see nothing but flames.
**What you will be doing**:
- Responsible for adapting, resizing, reworking creative collateral for organic social
- Contribute to the creative ideation and execution of monthly calendars
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency
- Look for ways to develop new design within brand guidelines
- Produce necessary mock-ups and design visuals




- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- 4-5 years of experience working on the production of digital ideation and development
- 4 years' experience working in Adobe Creative Suite excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative
- Experience in management of artwork collateral
- Motion graphics experience is a plus
- Great eye for detail
- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
- Good interpersonal skills and a can-do team attitude
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure
