**About the Role**
**Requirements**:

EDUCATION**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **EXPERIENCE (3 Years)**:
- 3 years of experience in the **analysis, mapping, and documentation of processes** across all company areas: manuals, policies, procedures, forms, flowcharts.
- Previous experience in the **financial sector** (Banking Institutions, Automotive Credit, Automotive Agencies) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of **recruitment and selection** processes, as the role will provide support to the HR team when necessary.

PROCESS MODELING TOOLS**: Proficiency in process modeling tools like **Visio** or similar.
- **OFFICE SKILLS**: Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Outlook,



Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **QUALITY STANDARDS**: Knowledge of **ISO 9000** standards.
- **LANGUAGE**: Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in both **written and spoken English**.
