We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Strategic Buyer**to join our Indirect Procurement team, focusing on the **Facilities category**across multiple sites in the region. This role is critical to driving sourcing excellence, cost optimization, and supplier performance in support of our regional operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive bidding processes (RFx) for facilities-related services and projects across multiple sites.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including e-sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Legal,



and Finance to define scopes of work and project requirements.
- Administer and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the Facilities category.
- Proven experience using **e-sourcing platforms**(e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex RFx processes.
- Solid understanding of contract management and project execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
