The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting insured customers with payments, policy reinstatements, and general inquiries while ensuring excellent service and support.
1. Process payments for insured customers via inbound and outbound calls.
2. Handle policy reinstatements for both inbound and outbound calls.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through inbound and outbound calls.
4. Provide proof of insurance to customers.
Monday-Saturday 2 days off 48 hrs
