**Account Manager**
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Requirements**:
- Experience in call center or customer service campaigns.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Strong coordination and goal-oriented skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service and sales processes
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems (Hubspot), Looker, and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Advanced English
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage client relationships and address inquiries
- Analyze account data and support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates
- Stay up to date with service performance and industry trends
**Weekly Focus**:
From client check-ins and data analysis to internal collaboration and strategy, your week will be full of meaningful, results-driven tasks. Flexibility and initiative are key to success in this role.
Pay: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
