**What You’ll Be Doing***Lead and inspire** a high-performing sales team to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- **Be in Charge on one of the highest Growth Division in Danfoss** managing High tech solutions and appealing products that enables the customers operation with Sustainable and Energy Efficient Solutions
- **Take the ownership of a vast product portfolio**defining the strategy and the go-to-the-market for each of the product available.
- **Develop partnerships** with strategic customers, translating their needs into actionable business plans and growth opportunities.
- **Drive execution** of sales strategies across regions and channels, ensuring focus on integrated Danfoss solutions.
- **What We're Looking For**Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Engineering**, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of **sales experience** with at least 1-3 years in **leadership roles**.
- Technical understanding of **refrigeration, HVAC, drives, or automation systems**
- Fluent in English; Excelent Communications Skills on Executive Enviroments




- Proven success in **team leadership, account management, and customer relationship development**.
