In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining food safety systems and ensuring product design and branding compliance for Kellogg products at our Linares plant. You’ll implement general and regional programs and policies, ensuring alignment with local and destination market regulations for materials, ingredients, inserts, manufacturing, and storage practices. You’ll stay up to date with applicable regulatory changes and ensure full adherence to Kelllanova product design standards. This position is based in Linares, Nuevo Leon.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance**: Leads adherence to food safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing processes at the Linares plant.
**Product Designand Quality Assurance**: Ensures compliance with product design and branding controls, and manages quality programs including product evaluations and consumer complaints.
**Capability Building and Team Leadership**: Develops technical and leadership skills within the team and across connected Centers of Excellence in quality and food safety.
**Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement**: Promotes continuous improvement using statistical control and Six Sigma tools, while driving efficiency initiatives and managing the Q&FS; budget.
**Strategic Collaborationand Program Execution**: Coordinates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, supports KWS implementation, and ensures execution of traceability, HACCP, and MSS programs.
We’re Looking for Someone With
**Professional**: Food science bachelor´s degree
**Operations**: Requires operations experience, Quality programmers (Minimum 2 years’ experience), HACCP (Minimum 2 years’ experience)
**Travel**: 30%
**Languages**: English expert.
**Functional Skills**: Requires excellent leadership skills,



motivational and human relations. Must be an excellent communicator, both written and oral. Must possess or attain a thorough knowledge of financial principles. Ambiguity and crisis management.
