**Systems, Automation & AI Operations Manager**

We are a fast-growing **US-based solar company** looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-driven **Systems, Automation & AI Operations Manager** to help build better systems, reporting, workflows, and visibility across the company.
This is not just an admin role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, manage software, improve processes, build reports, and help leadership make better decisions through accurate data and strong operational support.
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Creating visibility across appointments, pipelines, team activity, and performance
- Improving organization, accountability, and follow-through across the company
- Identifying bottlenecks and solving operational problems proactively
- Managing and improving **software integrations** between platforms
- Helping implement, test, and improve **AI tools, chatbots, and automations**:
- Supporting leadership with reporting, insights, and process improvement
- Helping create a more scalable, organized, and efficient operation
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong experience in operations, systems management, project management, or a similar role
- Proven experience building reports, dashboards, and tracking KPIs
- Experience with **AI tools, chatbots, automations, and integrations**:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to keep learning new tools and technologies
- Someone who likes figuring things out and staying ahead as AI continues to evolve
- Experience in solar, home services, sales, or other fast-paced companies is a plus
