**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a weekly campaign strategy and audience segmentation
- Build and optimize lifecycle flows
- Identify revenue opportunities and test ideas
- Recommend improvements based on performance data
- **Design and Creative Execution**:
- Maintain strong visual consistency
- Produce ready-to-send assets requiring mínimal revision
- **Klaviyo Implementation**:
- Build and deploy campaigns and automations
- Manage segmentation and list hygiene




- Perform quality assurance before every send
- Maintain deliverability best practices
- **Reporting and Optimization**:
- Track campaign and flow performance
- Provide weekly performance summaries
- Translate insights into actionable growth improvements
**Software/Platforms/Tools**:
- **Klaviyo, non-negotiable**
- Shopify
- Canva
- Google Workspace
- Postscript or SMS tools preferred
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).
- **Hands-on Klaviyo experience, non-negotiable**
- Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong design eye using Canva
- Experience with US-based consumer brands strongly preferred
- Background in fragrance, apparel, health and beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Ability to own both strategy and execution independently
**Shift Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred
