Position Summary

F5 is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support our F5 teams in LATAM, Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience working across regions with strong proficiency in English and Spanish. This full-time position requires multitasking abilities and a strong commitment to confidentiality. As a HR Operations Analyst at F5 you will work with global teams on high impact programs and be an integral part of our Employee Experience.

Primary Responsibilities

- Maintaining all Mexico based employee documentation/files.
- To assist with New Employee Orientations and assure to have complete personnel files, including the request to sign all legal documents.
- Perform HR/related activities on HRIT tools (Workday & ServiceNow) primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle.
- Assist with document audits which may include urgent requests to scan and send/upload documentation for internal/external audits or per legal/HR Business Partner requirements
- Assist with all employee general inquiries.
- To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
- To receive/respond to email inquiries and assigned cases
- To perform tasks within the established turnaround time and capable of multitasking on a day to day basis
- Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/technology
- Entering/maintaining data in HCM modules
- Meeting with Ministry of Labor and other external agencies where necessary for submitted mandatory forms/documentation
- Other onsite responsibilities as assigned.
- Communicate and problem-solve daily with team members, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Train and mentor new team members, as needed
- Perform other special projects or duties when required

REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability to work in well-structured and unstructured environments, under pressure,



and with changing and competing priorities and timelines

Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish

A Certificate or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.

Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (late evenings).

Hybrid

Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter.

Remote

Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
