OSW Mexico is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support our operations in Mexico and a small team in Texas. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance, working with our General HR Manager based in Australia.
You'll use Rippling to maintain employee records, support performance management, and drive HR process improvements across the region, coordinating with leaders and Finance to enable growth.
