We are seeking a Design Release Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and release of Brackets and Small Components within Propulsion Systems.

The adecuado candidate has experience in mechanical product design and is capable of developing components from concept through production release while considering performance, manufacturability, cost, quality, and validation requirements.

This role requires strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing processes, and component design.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Aeronautical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 1+ year of professional experience in Mechanical Design, Product Development, Component Design or Design Release Engineering.
- Experience with Siemens NX and/or CATIA.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, 2D drawings and 3D CAD modeling.
- Experience designing components from scratch.
- Understanding of:
- Internal Combustion Engines
- Materials selection
- Manufacturing processes
- Mechanical fundamentals, physics and engineering calculations
