Seeking a Blow Molding Equipment Validation Engineer with hands-on experience in blow molding equipment validation and IQ/OQ/PQ execution in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements
- 4 8 years of manufacturing or equipment validation experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Extrusion, Injection, or Stretch Blow Molding equipment.
- Strong experience in Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation lifecycle.
- Experience with medical-grade polymer processing and blow molding technologies.
- Proficiency in Minitab, SPC, Cp/Cpk, DOE, and MSA.
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, SCADA/HMI, automation, and vision inspection systems.
- Experience with CAPA, Change Control, Nonconformance investigations, and engineering documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plastics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
