Jabil Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and recruitment. You will help implement policies and programs and work closely with managers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
You will coach managers and employees on performance, participate in job evaluations and descriptions, coordinate open enrollment, and compile HRIS reports while onboarding and training activities are covered.
