Performs invoicing tasks in support of the Americas Treasury Invoicing Team.

Responsibilities

- Distribution of customer invoices.
- Internal communication with finance and operations groups.
- Transaction processing (invoices & credit notes) for various Solar entities/segments, ensuring invoicing quality, velocity & on time delivery to internal/external customers.
- Support our General Finance Transformation of Simplifying and Standardizing our Global Invoicing practices.
- Able to understand end-to-end invoicing cycle to determine process improvements and eliminate grief.

Requirements

- Proficient in English
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Proficiencies in Microsoft O365 Suite
- Completed at least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
