- Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, customer requirements, and business objectives are achieved.
- Develop production plans and align material requirements with operational demand and supplier capabilities.
- Manage inventory levels through Lean Manufacturing principles, including JIT and Kanban methodologies.
- Monitor production performance through KPIs focused on productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements and support internal and external audits.
- Manage manufacturing resources, equipment utilization, and operational capacity planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges with urgency and effective decision-making.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and employee development.




- Champion best practices in manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, JIT, and Kanban methodologies.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
