Zendesk is seeking a technical Sales Engineer to join our engineering presales team in Mexico City. You will develop POCs, configure complex API integrations, and build production-ready prototypes that showcase Zendesk’s AI capabilities.
You will work closely with clients’ developers, connect Zendesk to modern stacks via REST/SOAP APIs, and contribute to the validation process with security and architecture teams. This hybrid role requires travel and hands-on problem solving.
