Remote | Based in Mexico | Supporting the Canadian Market

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused E-Commerce Specialist to join our eCommerce team. This is a remote role based in Mexico , working closely with Canada-based E-Commerce Manager

The idóneo candidate thrives on keeping everything accurate, running smoothly, and working comfortably in a fast-paced, cross-border environment . Full professional fluency in English is required , as this role collaborates daily with teams in Canada.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

- Maintain and update product listings (SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and digital assets) across all eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure product catalogue accuracy, consistency, and completeness at all times.
- Support product onboarding and updates to existing assortments.
- Execute online merchandising initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
- Coordinate updates across eCommerce platforms and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Assist with digital communications (e-blasts, promotional content).
- Monitor website functionality and escalate any issues related to content, accessibility, or transactions.
- Track, log, and follow up on operational issues until resolved.
- Generate regular eCommerce performance reports and support basic data analysis.




- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Advanced English (written and verbal) – required to support Canadian operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online business operations.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level).

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar).
- Exposure to online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Experience working with international teams.
