- drive organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and hr best practices.
- advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- oversee recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and the hr team.
- support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.

perfil buscado

a successful hr manager should have:

- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience within manufacturing environments.
- proven experience in hr leadership or senior hr business partner roles.
- strong knowledge of mexican labor law, employee relations, and hr compliance.
- experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
- advanced english proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate and global stakeholders.
- strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.
