responsibilities:

- manage and maintain fixed assets and capital expenditures (capex).
- oversee asset capitalization, depreciation, amortization, and reconciliations.
- prepare journal entries, financial reports, and monthly closing activities.
- control and invoice customer-owned tooling while ensuring accurate financial records.
- ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and tax regulations.
- support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
- analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- partner with cross-functional teams to support project capitalization and financial reporting.
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency.

requirements and experience:

- bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience is desirable.
- experience with plex system is desirable.
- intermediate business level english.
- must have a strong working knowledge of excel and other microsoft tools.
- excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities.
- multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.
