as a trusted finance partner in our piedras negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members.
what your day will look like:
- lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvements
- analyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through sap oversight, monthly reconciliations, and trend analysis; communicate insights to plant leadership
- mentor team members and build reporting dashboards to drive inventory performance visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives
