1. increase sales: achieve district sales targets, grow market share, and drive vehicle sales.
2. maximize profitability: ensure sales are conducted profitably while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
3. supervise and develop dealerships: support and train dealers to adopt best practices, improve sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. ensure customer satisfaction: oversee the customer experience from sales to after-sales service to build loyalty and strengthen the brand’s reputation.
5. monitor performance: track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
