? What You’ll Do

- Process and reconcile invoices (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records




- Schedule and confirm shipment appointments
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Prepare operational and financial reports
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Use Microsoft Office / Google Suite proficiently – Excel skills are key
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Communicate clearly in English (B2 level)
