Job Title: Recruiter 3 days Hybrid office in Guadalajara

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring needs across LATAM predominantly in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, Linked
In, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding.
